Villa Punta Cana is a bright and welcoming property, ideal for those seeking comfort and relaxation during a holiday in Albufeira.

The living room offers a light and inviting space for socializing, connected to the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with three single beds and en suite bathrooms, and one with a double bed. This floor also features an additional bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the practicality needed to prepare group meals, keeping the space functional and comfortable.

Outside, the heated pool (extra cost) is the highlight, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying sunny days.

Villa Punta Cana is perfectly located, close to supermarkets, beaches, and Albufeira’s main attractions, ensuring an unforgettable and comfortable holiday.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Standard Breakage Deposit: €600 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

Villa was great, clean and well located for supermarket and short walk into the old town. Requested 2 extra sun loungers which arrived quickly after the request. Would highly recommend for group or family holiday.

Amazing villa

The villa was very clean and spacious. It was a short walk into the old town and 5 min walk to Aldi/Lidl. It is on a bit of an incline but it is only 3 euros to take taxi from old town.

We loved this Villa and the location very much and they were very attentive. Also, I love that Uber services this area that we stayed in, Centre is 800 metres from villa so great to walk but lots of uphill.The only thing I would mention is that the mattresses are not comfortable so we did not get good rest.Also, you need to pay 600Euros per person as a security deposit upfront which is alot of money once converted so I couldn't stay there with a group as we could not afford to pay this upfront.Also, the pool was not heated when we were there on October 18 so we were not able to use the pool.Just an FYI for guests staying,

Regarding the points you mentioned, we regret to hear that the bedding did not meet your personal preference. Mattress comfort can vary greatly from person to person, and we have not received similar comments from previous guests. We would also like to clarify the information about the security deposit. As clearly indicated in the villa’s listing, the deposit for groups is 150 euros per person. However, since your reservation was only for two guests, the required amount was the standard 600 euros total, not 600 euros per person. As agreed, and since no damage was caused during your stay, the full amount was reimbursed shortly after departure. Concerning the pool heating, as stated under “Optional extras” on the listing, this amenity has an associated fee. It was not activated because no request for pool heating was made before or during the stay. We thank you for your feedback, as it helps us identify points for improvement, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for an even better experience. Fantastic !

Our recent stay in this villa in Albufeira was an absolute delight. It was perfect for our large group. The villa, boasting ample space and practical amenities, provided a suitable and cozy retreat for our group. The bedrooms were spacious, and the communal areas were well-equipped for our needs. The villa is within walking distance to the old town. We explored the algarvian streets, sampled local delights , and soaked in the rich cultural atmosphere that the old town had to offer. The convenience of being in the heart of Albufeira allowed us to easily access the area's attractions and nightlife. Whether it was a leisurely stroll through the historic streets or a lively evening in the town center, the villa's location enhanced our experience. Highly recommended!

Great Holiday in Algarve

This property is conveniently located to restaurants, grocers, shops and the oceanfront. Inside we found ample space for up to 4 couples for cooking, dining, and sleeping. The private patio and pool area were perfect for experiencing the warm weather and sunshine.Aside from the property itself, we were surprised to learn that the VRBO listing was a front for a secondary property manager company which was only disclosed after booking. This added an extra layer of administration which added complexity and likely extra cost. The local representatives of the property manager were very responsive, but the rules imposed by the UK based company seemed rigid and cumbersome. VRBO should have disclosed this arrangement before we booked.

Amazing Villa

Stunning villa! 5 adults and 3 children came for a week and the villa was perfect for us! The villa was very clean and tidy including the pool area. We all felt very safe and secure at the villa. We liked the outdoor dining area and bbq. We also liked how the doors opened up from the living room. The pool had enough sunbeds and umbrellas for us all and the pool depth wasn’t too deep which was ideal with young children. One comment I’d like to make, there’s no plastic plates, bowls etc for outside/ for young children. We did bring some anyway but thought I’d mention it incase someone brings young children. As for location, Aldi is over the road and Lidl isn’t too far either. Took us around 10/15 minutes to walk to old town which was fine with us. Around 3 euros in a taxi. And around 8 euros to the Marina. Overall, brilliant villa that I would highly recommend! And would visit again!
