The property has been completely renovated and consists of two independent yet connected suites, furnished with handpicked materials and décor.

Within each suite, the bedroom, bathroom, and designer kitchen combine comfort with sophisticated style.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle, and more—perfect for a quick lunch or a romantic dinner in the privacy of your own suite after a long day spent in the charming atmosphere of the Eternal City.

Each suite is equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a bed with a hypoallergenic, fire-resistant mattress, a plasma TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (the two Metro Line A stops, FLAMINIO and SPAGNA, are both a five-minute walk away).

This is definitely a “life experience” apartment offering hotel-quality amenities, located in the heart of ancient Rome, in a 17th-century building protected by the Italian Ministry of Culture.

In five to ten minutes on foot, you can reach all the major monuments, such as the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Colosseum.

All the most famous shopping streets are just a few minutes’ walk away. The best traditional and elegant Roman restaurants are also within walking distance.

Tourism taxes of 6.00 euros per person, per night, are not included.
These must be paid in CASH upon arrival, during check-in.
We will provide you with a receipt bearing the Rome city stamp.

Regarding check-in:
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

After these times, the following surcharges apply:

€35.00 from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.;
€50.00 from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.;
€70.00 after 12:00 a.m.
Payment must be made in CASH.
