The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one super king with en suite bathroom and two twins), family shower room with utility area, lovely double aspect sunny sitting room with a dining table and Patio door leading to the garden. The galley kitchen comes well equipped. There is a lovely mature garden with outdoor dining table during the summer. Parking for two cars. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Just a short walk to the beach and village. Available all year for two nights or more.

We look after the property for the owner and live close by. We love Seaview where we came every summer for holidays until moving to the Island a few years ago. My husband and I own and run a number of businesses on the Island including the ice cream shop in Seaview. We have a golden retriever and we love walking her along the beautiful beaches.
Why they chose this property
Seaview is a lovely seaside village, popular with families, couples and water sports enthusiasts at all times of the year. The village has a community village shop, chemist, hairdressers, two art galleries, an award winning pub, two hotels, ice cream shop and cafe. There is a sailing club too. There are lovely beaches to enjoy and a nature reserve which takes you on to the salt marshes.
What makes this property unique
This property is the perfect location to spend a few days by the sea. A couple of minutes walk from both the beach and the village shops. It is a much loved family holiday home and has belonged to the same family for many years. It has both parking and a private garden. If you car coming by car, we can help with a discount on the ferry.
