Bifold doors with electric blinds open out onto the south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline, Pebbleridge & burrows and surrounding countryside.
Dining room: Spacious dining room with dining table and chairs for 6.
Downstairs bedroom with ensuite: King-size bed with bedsides, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.
Annexe (Ground floor): 2 seater sofa with coffee table. Foldable dining table and two chairs. Large Smart TV. King size bed with underbed storage, Luxury bedding, bedside cabinet, wardrobe storage unit, Alarm Clock Radio with Alexa, Iron & Ironing Board, Hairdryer.
