Access to property difficult but everything else great
Access to the property was difficult and would have been easier had we gotten instructions before we were already traveling. Providing access instructions at least one week prior to arrival would be helpful. Also, there needs to be panic hardware on the entry door to allow quick exit, especially since there are bars on all the windows. You shouldn't have to enter a code in order to get out. We have been in emergency services our entire careers and have seen what happens in an emergency. It needs to be easier so people don't panic and if they do, they can get out easily. On a positive note, the property was clean, perfect for two couples and in a great area of town. Easy to get around by foot or taxi. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property.
