Elegant and bright duplex apartment in a XIX century building completely renovated in 2012 by the owners.
Ideal for a stay of two, or in family.

Entrance floor
Bedroom _1 with double bed and ensuite bathroom with a wonderful view.
Bedroom _2 with two single beds and ensuite bathroom.

Second floor
Open space with living and dining room with sofa bed and toilet, kitchen and an amazing panoramic view over the city.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washing machine.

The apartment also has a TV, heater, hairdryer, iron, books, games and tourist information about the city.
Additional

The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a comfortable bed (140 cm) for one.

A little welcoming surprise gift are guaranteed by the hosts.

The apartment is located next to one of Europe's most beautiful avenues, Avenida da Liberdade. The Avenue subway station and several bus stops are located within five minutes walk of this apartment and ten minutes is the Rossio train station.

Lisbon enjoys a mild climate even in winter is ideal for touring the city on foot and enjoy what it has to offer. Nearby are the shops internationally renowned Avenue, traditional shops, kiosks, terraced street, typical restaurants, nightlife, theaters, cinema, supermarkets, hospitals, located in front of the entrance to the Torel garden with a stunning view over Botanical garden and Bairro Alto.

The location was great and having laundry was wonderful. The apartment was uncomfortably hot with no a/c and the fans were not sufficient at night as we had to keep windows closed due to noisy neighborhood, We had several excellent restaurants nearby, The bathrooms, floors and living room rug were not clean.

Great Lisbon stay

Great central location of this apartment in Lisbon. Lisbon is a busy city so be prepared for noisy streets anywhere you go. Apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs. Communication with the host was very simple and they were very helpful.

Very nice apartment in nice location Lots of stairs and a little noisy from the street but got quiter at night Was nice to have a wahing machine Host was very accomidating in allowing us to leave luggage on our last day for a late flight.

Close to AvenidaLiberdade, Metro and very central

The hosts and property manager were fabulous in communication pre and during the stay. Very clean and great water pressure. Close to grocery and shopping and lots of resto options. Zenith was great as suggested and I had the best Lobster roll at Kafeine and good Pho place near by(great option for a change) We loved all the fabulous Portuguese food!Expect the steep inclines, narrow streets with uneven cobblestones…..it’s Portugal.Only con is the number of steps for the 2 bdrm apartment. It is tough at the end of a long walking day and with carrying bags and groceries. It’s doable but anyone with trouble with stairs should be aware.. 31 narrow steps and some hand rails would’ve been great. Having said that, the elevation gives you great views! We enjoyed everything but the stairs.Memorable girls trip! Bring your appetite and your walking shoes!

Great rental

This rental unit was very good. Process was super easy. Owners and Property managers answered all our questions. Spacious and everything worked just as advertised. The only downfalls was the noise from the surrounding community and stairs. Even if you wanted to turn in earlier at 11pm, the streets are quite lively and falling asleep was quite challenging. But this is no fault of this unit or owners just more an fyi. We also didn’t expect the stairs going to the unit. There were at least 4 flights of stairs which never got easier! This is something you will need to be aware of in Lisbon but all the more worth it when you get your walking steps in! Highlight recommend and if another Lisbon vacation is to be planned, this will surely be somewhere I’d return to.
