This imposing Victorian building is located in a conservation area known locally for its leafy peacefulness. There is plenty of on-street parking available (permits included in your booking) but you wont need your car much as you are walking distance to so many attractions. This one bedroom apartment has everything you need for a short stay. There is a living room with table and large TV, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. There is a large fold out bed for extra guests and a modern bathroom. The bedroom is bright and spacious with hotel quality linen for a crisp fresh feel. Just a short stroll from South Parade Pier and Canoe Lake, home to Model Village and Cumberland House. A few minutes further and you are at the seafront home to Southsea Beach Cafe famous for its log burners and sea views. A bike shed/storage is also available for you to use.

Public transport links are easily accessible, but the flat`s central location also invites you to explore on foot or bicycle. Aqua Cars and Uber are the main taxi companies operating the city and are also an easy and cost effective way for groups to get around. There are several Beryl bike rental & Voi scooter stations nearby! A bike shed/storage is also available for you to use. If you`re bringing a vehicle, let us assist you in securing parking permits to enhance your stay.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.

Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

No parties or large groups allowed.
