Location was great! Coffee and pastries were so close and a restaurant with very nice waiters. Shopping, St Mark’s Square and Doge’s Palace so conveniently located that no one got lost

Amazing location

This location is very convenient and close to everything you can think of. Fabio was great with communication and giving tips on getting around Venice. We enjoyed the location.

Excellent place to stay in Venice. Perfectly situated, quiet place, the apartment had everything we wanted and needed and more. Supermarket, neighbourhood bar, etc very close by. We loved it here during our week stay. We will definitely come back to this house. The host is amazing, a local that knows a lot about Venice. Super good service. Thank you so much. 5 stars!!!
