Good location for walkers, visiting Falmouth and the array of South Cornwall’s sub tropical Gardens.A peaceful location, with good access to local beaches. Some where, where you can choose to do as much or as little as you want.A comfortable family property, which has recently been sympathetically updated to a modern standard.A great bonus having Garage parking for 2 cars ,and a secluded private garden with shoreline frontage. The newly fitted kitchen ,bathroom and en-suite are a great addition to the property.I would recommend this holiday property to anyone who is looking for a quiet central location in St Mawes. Perfect, and at a reasonable price too
