It was the perfect apartment for three couples. An easy walk to town, the beach and tons of restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the espresso machine.

A lovely place for a holiday. A few minutes walk to the beach and town, a stunning view, really well equipped and just a minutes walk from a fabulous restaurant. Carvoeiro is lovely and if visiting you must take a boat trip to the caves.

The location was excellent, being within walking distance to the town, beach, supermarket and swimming pool complex. The property facilities are excellent. Only a minor point was that the awning over the balcony did not work properly and needs repair.

Gorgeous apartment in a quite location

Everything about the apartment! The location, the cleanliness and service was easy. We did not realise the pool was so far away or how to even get there, so were a little dissapointed with that having two small kids. We didn't use the pool as the beach was just easier.

The staff at Elite Rentals responded quickly and efficiently to our two queries. The cleaning staff were excellent. The villa and location were just as described on the Elite Rentals website. The views were wonderful. A very minor thing ... the kitchen had a range of cooking utensils, pans etc but it would have been helpful had a pair of kitchen sissors been provided, although a knife always did the job.

Casa Mar a Vista town house is set in a beautiful location with tremendous views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony & patio. I can highly recommend this property for both standard & location to the beach/Carvoeiro town and to the Monte Carvoeiro complex were we had a welcome invitation to use their swimming pool facilities and lots of nice individual restaurants all within a 10 minutes walk. I welcomed by sons from USA & Sheffield UK throughout the trip which they thoroughly enjoyed. All just a 50 minute drive from Faro airport

Wonderful stay in heart of Carvoiero

We had a wonderful family stay here for 12 nights with two children under 5. Proximity to beach , pool and all the towns attractions were all so close within 5 minutes walk. Accommodation staff could not do enough for us with some extra requests. Nothing was a problem. Views breathtaking and wonderful balconies to enjoy the sea view. House fully stocked with everything you could need! Would absolutely recommend! Very little that could be improved on. The only thing that could be something in the future would be to have a more enforced shield / barrier for the upstairs balcony especially for smaller kids. Downstairs is perfect..something upstairs like that would be ideal!

Das Haus und vor allem die Lage sind sehr schön. Nur ein Punkt hat uns sehr missfallen, das hintere Schlafzimmer hat Schimmel, dass sollte unbedingt beseitigt werden.
