On arrival we were met by a member of the team who showed us the basics of the villa. The villa was clean, tidy and the outside cooking area great, when we had a problem it was sorted out really quickly. The negatives of the stay were we did not have a clean or change of linen or towels the whole week we were there. Also the information booklet seemed very negative and full of dont do this, or there will be fines it made us feel uncomfortable.
