Moreover, in just 15 minutes you can reach St. Mark's Square through a picturesque walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni that runs along the St. Mark's Basin and in 2 minutes on foot you can reach the Giardini vaporetto stop which will allow you to reach Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia Train Station, Marco Polo International Airport and other suggestive places such as the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido of Venice.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends. The bright living room with kitchen overlooking the Biennale Gardens, two bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds with an additional bed, is perfect to give you all the space and privacy you need during your stay.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be compiled and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
