Come stay with us at La Posada De Taos !

This home is a newly renovated historic adobe located in the very center of downtown Taos. Everything that the town of Taos has to offer is within easy walking distance (two blocks) which includes some of the regions best restaurants, museums and art galleries.

La Posada de Taos hosts several unique spaces to rent for larger groups up to 25 guests. Please ask how we can host your family or group for your next gathering.

The rooms are decorated in a romantic southwestern style. This decor in the home compliments the Southwest exterior.
Wood beam ceilings, hand-carved furniture, national and local art and artifacts complete the look in this warm and friendly atmosphere of casual elegance.

The house is a one bedroom and has a new kingsize memory-foam mattress, A/C, gas fired stove and a large closet. There is a full bath with large sink and ample counter space, exceptionally spacious living room with a gas-fired wood stove, newly refinished wooden floors, Navajo rugs and a luxurious leather sofa that pulls out to sleep two. There is Wifi and Smart TV with cable. The living area has plenty of other comfortable seating as well.

The kitchen has a full size fridge, large two-basin sink and is fully stocked with cookware. The marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and finished wood cabinets makes for a great experience if you plan to do some cooking.
The home has two A/C units. One each in the bedroom and living areas. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. Soap is supplied.

The private courtyard has a flagstone patio, wrought iron table and chairs with umbrella, outdoor leisure chairs and a fantastic gas barbecue grill (fuel supplied).

Next door, La Posada de Taos (the big house) across the lane, maintains a lush courtyard that you are welcome to share and explore during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail, if you desire, in the landscaped area just across the way from your private retreat.

Second summer in a row. Great location. Comfortable bed, furniture. Good little kitchen. Quiet dead end street.The WiFi tends to drop occasionally. The TV is Roku (enough said). Just have to get your news from on-line newspapers.

The property was wonderful. Cozy and comfortable. The owners were communicative and accommodating. The only issue at all was we encountered quite a few spiders. We did contact the owners and they offered to come do a sweep through and assured us that it is regularly treated.

Lovely house with lots of space to spread out. The private courtyard was special. There were fairy lights in the pine tree! We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the sunshine, flowers and trees. 6 minute walking distance to Taos Square was a big plus. Very clean. Luxurious fluffy towels. Comfy bed. We were very happy here.

Fully equipped. The house was exceptional. Clean and it interesting to stay in a house with traditional Mexican construction. The location was excellent for restaurants, the old Taos, and even the supermarket.

Very quaint old adobe home with all of the needed modern amenities. So close to the plaza and all other shops that walking was a breeze. Nice patio to sit out and enjoy coffee or an adult beverage.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so quiet and cozy. It looked just like the listing. It was close to restaurants, shopping and site seeing we wanted to do around Taos. It was also an easy drive to Santa Fe.

What a treasure! La Posada de Taos was extremely well stocked, squeaky clean and a lovely place to stay! The manager not only emailed instructions for entry, she texted them as well. Instructions were clear and information organized exactly as needed. The house itself had a parking space, charming patio and a great layout for our stay. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the square and extremely quiet. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you!

Oh we absolutely loved this place! So much character and comfort, and walk to the Plaza and museums and shopping. We cooked out in the outdoor space and had a lovely evening. Said hello each morning to our turkey neighbors!

The perfect oasis for a Valentine's Day weekend! Close to all of the shops and restaurants, so clean inside, and the fireplaces kept us warm. We skied every day which was about a 30 minute (stunning) drive. Such a cute, darling place and I hope to be back soon! 10/10!

Beautiful casita in a quiet location, very easy to walk into town. The kitchen was really well-equipped, and had pretty dishes and glassware. The house is comfortable and roomy. We could have settled in for a lot longer!
