Cibeles Luxe Terrace apartment in Madrid

In the neighbourhood of Las Cortes – one of the most traditional and historically rich areas of the city centre, known for its impressive architecture and a wide cultural and gastronomic offering – are points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Art and Architecture Exhibitions Museum, the famous Cibeles fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or Retiro Park.



Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy, just a few minutes' walk away, some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Real Casa de Correo, seat of Madrid City Council whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain, or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.



Furthermore, it offers excellent connectivity with the rest of the city by public transport, highlighting the Banco de España and Sevilla Metro stations and the many bus lines that depart from that area.



The apartment:



This modern and elegant flat with capacity to accommodate up to eleven guests is located on the fourth floor of a completely renovated building with a lift.



The spacious living room, furnished in a contemporary style with various focal points such as a large sofa, four modern armchairs and two designer lamps, represents the perfect space to enjoy at any time of day. The dining area, adjoining the living room, has an elegant table with space for ten diners.



Both rooms benefit from beautiful natural light throughout the day, thanks to their impressive windows which also function as entrance doors to a splendid terrace completely furnished with armchairs and a dining table for six people.



As an entrance to the kitchen area, there is a living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed, which invites you to relax thanks to its welcoming atmosphere. The spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and an elegant wooden counter with six chairs to guarantee comfort and convenience for our guests.



This spectacular accommodation has five bedrooms: the main one has a wonderful double bed with a canopy and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two other rooms each have two comfortable single beds.



The fourth bedroom consists of a spacious double bed, a pleasant reading area and private access to the bright terrace of the floor. The fifth room has a single bed and private bathroom with shower.



Likewise, the flat has three other complete bathrooms: two of them with shower and the third with shower and bathtub.

All of this makes Cibeles Luxe Terrace the perfect accommodation thanks to its 350m2 framed by a modern, elegant and functional style.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



Things to note:



We inform you that, due to works being carried out by the Town Council on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. Likewise, construction work is being carried out on a building in the vicinity of the accommodation, so there could be some noise resulting from such work.



The works will remain active until further notice. We greatly appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience that these circumstances may cause.



This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Authority (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
