Lovely new cheaper flat located in Florence with free parking
Located on the Arno river, far from the historic centre of Florence only 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus, this apartment is the ideal place for your holiday in the wonderful city of Florence.
The flat is located in a quite, safe and green area.
You can also reach the historic centre of Florence by bycicle thanks to a lovely bicycle lane straight on the river of Arno
The apartment has a private parking place.
It is also close to the bus stop only 2 minutes walking.
The area where the flat is located has restaurants, bars, a newspaper shop, a pharmacy etc.
The jogging place, bicycles line and the park for childs located on the Area river are very close to the apartment : only 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Check in time : from 15.00 to 19.00 ( For arrival after 20.00 until 22.00 we charge euro 25.00. For arrival from 22.00 to 24.00 we charge euro 45.00 )
