Outstanding location and host. Georgios was very helpful with travel accommodations. The place is truly amazing, located a couple blocks from the acropolis, also an easy walk to the town center and other points of interest. Balcony view will blow your mind, especially at night in the hot tub. Absolutely would come back again and again.

This property in wonderful. The house is as pictured and is located in an ideal spot to explore on foot around the neighborhoods surrounding the Acropolis. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop area is amazing and offers stunning daytime and nighttime views of the Acropolis. The only downsize is that in order to reach the rooftop area you have to use an outside circular metal staircase that can be a little difficult to use if trying to bring food or drinks to the area. We were 5 adults from 50 to 77 years old and this property served our needs and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with easy walking access to the Acropolis and surrounding area. The host was great and was available when needed. We used the concierge service that was provide and Nikolia was the BEST, helping book transportation to/from the airport, private Acropolis and museum tours, and many others items that helped make our stay amazing.

Quick stay in Athens

We had a group of 7 and this place was perfect for us. It had very nice bedrooms and outdoor areas so we were able to spread out our group. Location was extremely convenient for exploring several of the best local attractions. Host was excellent and communicated well making the experience very smooth.

Perfect spot for family trip

This was our first time in Athens and this rental had everything we could ask for. It comfortably slept 10 adults and one 20 month old. It was close to everything we wanted to see. It was very clean and beautifully appointed.The host Georgio was attentive and the check-in and check-out process was simple.Would definitely recommend!

Unforgettable Stay!

Waking up to the Acropolis right outside the window was absolutely magical. The place was comfortable, clean, and in the perfect spot—easy to walk everywhere and surrounded by great food. The host was super helpful and made everything easy. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Athens. Would book again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was clean and well-appointed with lovely bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and bedding, an ample kitchen, with a large refrigerator, dish washer, coffee makers, and dish/glass ware. Though we didn't use it, there was generous seating at the dining table. The unit is accessible by either stairs or a small elevator. We found wonderful neighborhood shops, a grocery, bakeries, bar/restaurants, and convenience stores. But there were many more restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk from home. Most notably, the Acropolis and Museum and literally a short walk away. The location cannot be matched.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was clean, fully stocked and fantastic outdoor spaces with amazing views. George was a great host, very responsive and accommodating.The location was ideal…within a 5 minute walk to the Plaka and Acropolis. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for restful evenings.George also helped arrange private transfer to and from the airport which was wonderful…met us right at the airport and picked us up at the location of our choice after check out and dropped us at the airport. A wonderful place to stay when visiting Athens.

Perfect home!!

Perfect home for our large family of 10 before a cruise. Communication was so quick, friendly, and accomodating. Checked in early and when we checked out the next day, we left our bags couple hours to take in more sights. Georgios also booked us a driver and tour for two days who was great. Loved the beds, rooftop view (!!), kitchen, location...everything! As it mentions, it's on the top floor so you will need to walk or take the elevator which fits only two people. Thank you and we hope to be back!

The perfect stay in Athens – we didn’t want to leave

Staying at this home was one of the highlights of our trip to Athens. It’s hard to put into words just how incredible the place is—it feels like a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and has every amenity you could possibly need. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, our group had more than enough space to relax and enjoy ourselves.The terraces, though, were what truly blew us away. Waking up to those views of the Acropolis and watching the sun set from the rooftop garden was unforgettable. The rooftop itself felt like our own private paradise, with sunbeds, cozy poufs, fire pits, and an amazing outdoor dining area. We spent every evening up there, soaking in the atmosphere and enjoying the peaceful setting.The location was also perfect—close enough to explore everything Athens has to offer, but still quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. You can tell that so much thought has gone into making this home a special place, and it really shows.We can’t thank our hosts enough for sharing this incredible space with us. If you’re considering booking, don’t think twice—you’ll love it here. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

Magnificent!! We got married in Santorini a few days prior and were traveling with our 5 daughters. This house had plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone. The air conditioning worked really well so it was cool to sleep. Safe neighborhood with quick access to the Acropolis and the Plaka areas for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay at this owner’s properties if we return to Athens.The rooftop view at night is even better than the photos show! We loved being up there enjoying the cool evenings with a glass of wine. There is a full grocery store a block away as well. Can’t recommend this home enough!!
