Fabulous location in the centre of Rye with shops and restaurants a stone’s throw away. The cottage was cosy and perfect for a small family. We stayed over the Rye Bonfire night and we couldn’t have chosen a better location, directly on the procession route. We had a bird’s eye view from the upstairs bedrooms and a short walk to the actual bonfire and firework site. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rye.
The property was beautifully presented and centrally located. We had a fabulous stay in this fully equipped stunning cottage. Our host provided easy instructions about entry to the cottage, car parking and welcoming touches such as bread, milk and cake. We would return again and recommend this property to friends and family.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Landgate cottage. It is a great location. I short walk into the beautiful village of Rye and to wake up to the view of The Landgate was fantastic. Bonnie and Adrian were great hosts, who communicated all details before our stay. The milk, bread and cakes on our arrival were also welcome after a 6 hour drive. I can honestly say our visit to Rye and Landgate Cottage was faultless.
