It is located in the central square of Testaccio, a area brimming with shops, bars, restaurants, public transport, and a vibrant local scene waiting to be explored. To access the apartment, you must climb a staircase with 10 steps.
All areas of the apartment are for the exclusive use of guests.

- CHECK-IN: We do not offer self-check-in; we prefer to meet our guests in person to show them the apartment and provide all necessary information. Check-in times: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; check-out: by 10:00 AM, For late check-in, AVAILABLE ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT, there is an extra fee, to be paid in CASH at check-in: until 10:30 p.m. / €25; until midnight: €50; until 1:00 a.m.: €75.
- DOCUMENTS: Upon check-in, we must register the identification documents (passport or ID card) of all guests to report them to the National Security Authority.
- CITY TAX: Upon check-in, guests must pay—IN CASH—the City Tax of the Municipality of Rome, equal to €6.00 per night per person (for a maximum of 10 nights).
