About this property

Discover the charm of this wonderful barn, nestled in the Peak District.

This charming barn conversion features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups looking for a relaxing break. Amenities include high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen and underfloor heating.

The Barn is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living and dining space, complete with a fully equipped custom kitchen that has all you need for a home-from-home getaway.

Bedroom one is also located on the ground floor and features an en-suite shower room with a generous shower and a low-level tray for easy access. This bedroom can be arranged as either a twin with two 3ft single beds or a double with a super king bed. Please inform us of your preference.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms featuring king-size beds with luxurious 'Simba' mattresses. The shower room is conveniently located off the landing. There's also a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, monitor, and chair.

We had a lovely stay at Cliff Hollins farm. The place is actually nicer in real life if you can believe it! The location is stunning and Debbie was so accommodating to our group, providing lots of baby bits to make our stay more comfortable, none of which we expected.We weren’t able to explore much of the area as we were staying for a wedding, but will definitely return to the area to explore, and stay at Xliff Hollins Farm again.

Unforgettable New Barn Conversion

Our stay at in the Barn Cliff Hollins Farm was amazing. The Barn was brand new and is immaculate throughout, tastefully decorated to feel warm, cosy and welcoming. It has ben fitted out with quality appliances and furniture, the air source heating provides a constant warm feel, the beds are very comfortable and the showers are a joy to use along with the supplied Elemis shower products. Debbie and Nic are lovely hosts and we loved meeting their newborn lambs with them. Anyone considering a visit to the Peaks District needs to stay in this property- it has been our best stay ever away from home!!!
