HOUSE IN BEGUR, COMMON POOL, FREE WIFI, A / C IN ROOMS, PK IN SA TUNA.

The house is in a small urbanization closed to the public with magnificent views of the bays of Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna, which are 5 and 15 minutes away on foot. By car within 15 km there are three golf courses in Pals with its long sandy beach.
The house is in a small urbanization -on one street without traffic, and consequently safe for the little ones-, with a swimming pool and paddle tennis court, not for exclusive use but for all the owners of the community.

The house has 2 suites, with a bathroom, plus another room with a double bed. Another full bathroom plus another courtesy. That is, 3 rooms for six people in total. The rooms are air-conditioned.

As the house is in an urbanization, the following rules must be respected:
1. Keep community areas clean
2. Respect rest, keeping music devices, TV, etc. at low volume, from 23:00 to 9:00
3. Household waste must be deposited in existing containers outside the community.
4. Cars must be parked in the areas provided for it and the squares of the neighbors will be respected
5. The hours for the use of the pool is from 8:00 to 23:00
6. No balls, mats or the like will be used in the pool
7. In the pool, children must be supervised by an adult.
8. The use of the paddle tennis court is from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
9. To play paddle tennis, those interested must sign up in a box, which will be on the court itself, with the name and house number. The maximum playing time will be 1 hour. If there was no one signed up for the next hour, the players could continue playing
10. The obligatory play with the use of a shirt
11. Music devices are prohibited in the paddle tennis and pool areas
