This home is the perfect retreat in the heart of Tuscany, combining the beauty of the countryside with the most modern comforts. One of the bedrooms is located on a loft, creating a unique and charming atmosphere.<br><br>Four bathrooms: Each bathroom is functional and well-laid-out, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for all guests.<br><br>Two kitchens: Spacious and well-equipped, the kitchens offer the freedom to cook to your heart’s content—perfect for daily needs or for those who love to share moments of togetherness.<br><br>Two living rooms: The common areas are cosy and ideal for relaxing. Both living rooms are equipped with smart TVs. One of the living rooms features a fireplace, which adds warmth and ambiance to the home during the colder months. There is also a third small sitting area for additional relaxation. <br><br>Outdoor Space: The spacious grounds are ideal for enjoying time outdoors, with a perfect area for hosting barbecues and lunches surrounded by nature.<br><br>Modern Amenities: The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and window screens to ensure maximum comfort year-round.<br><br>Private Access: Access to the property is private, offering peace and privacy.<br><br>Electric Car Charging Station: A convenient additional service that meets the needs of electric car owners (separate fee applies).<br><br>Respect for the Environment: We wanted not only to build a comfortable home that blends with tradition but also to adhere to the principles of sustainability.<br>All the home’s utilities (air conditioning, hot water, and cooktop, appliances, etc.) are powered exclusively by electricity, ensuring safety and comfort; electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system designed to cover the annual energy needs.<br>There is also a car charging station available, allowing you to fully utilise an electric car if you have one.<br>Use all amenities according to your needs to maximise your comfort.<br> When the sun is shining, you can harness its energy directly while respecting the planet we live on.<br>During the day, solar energy production is at its peak, and we encourage you to make the most of it without polluting the environment we live in.<br>We’ve turned off the air conditioning when doors and windows are open, so please check—if it seems like the air conditioner isn’t working in a room, it’s likely just because the windows are open.<br>With all these measures, we’re proud to have helped reduce harmful emissions for our planet, while also enhancing the comfort of your stay.
