This property is ideal for families who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle to a tranquil setting but within reach of local amenities such as buses, shops, town centre. The period features such as the open fire and spacious living areas and the unique decor make this the perfect stay. The master bedroom even features a grand piano which you are welcome to play on! Two miles from the coast and town of Montrose we are well placed for experiencing all the beauty that Angus, Scotland has to offer. This quiet community is safe and friendly and the local park and woods are ideal for adults and children alike to explore. There is local kayaking, mountain biking, sea swimming and hiking all of which we are happy to let you know about being keen outdoor enthusiasts ourselves.

Near to Charleton Farm with its excellent playpark and restaurant, Montrose Basin and the House of Dun National Trust property there is plenty to do in the local area and Dundee with its vibrant feel and its museums and shopping is also not far away.
