In 1876 it was used as a rural house and today, thanks to a wise restoration that has brought the structure back to its original beauty, it has been used as a country residence of approx. The house is located near Castellina in Chianti, situated on a hill from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside of the Sienese Chianti up to the towers of Monteriggioni.

Castellina in Chianti (grocery stores, tennis) is 5 km away, Poggibonsi (all kinds of shops) is 15 km away, Siena and San Gimignano is 20 km away, Florence is 50 km away.
