Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Great location and excellent communication with guest relations manager. Elena let us know that our apartment was ready early and also arranged transportation to airport at a very reasonable rate. They provided us with items to ring in the New Year which was a nice surprise! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and beautiful accommodations!

CavaBaja was just perfection! The location in La Latina was so close to everything. We walked to Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, The Royal Palace plus much more. Lots of dining options nearby too. The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have AC since it was in the 90s-100s. The property manager was very responsive and did everything possible to make our stay amazing!

Can't wait to go back! We enjoyed this rental so much it was convenient and easy to get around.

The location was amazing! It was within walking distance of every key point in Madrid we wanted to visit, with tons of restaurants nearby. My husband and I can't wait to go back and enjoy this rental without the kids. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! The building had quiet hours, which was very nice (though it was a bit challenging to keep our son quiet in the hallways, but we did our best).

In the end, it&#39s a pretty good, tidy apartment in the heart of the city for two people.

The best place in the city center. All cultural sights can be reached on foot. The apartment was clean, tidy, equipped with all the necessary equipment. Easy and fast communication with the apartment owner. The only downside is the narrowness of the apartment for four adults. A sofa bed that you can&#39t leave unfolded due to the narrowness of the apartment, so we had to unfold and fold the sofa every day while we were there. Also, the couch was quite uncomfortable for two adults to sleep on.

Hosts are 100% responsive. Sometimes my friends are not as responsive as our hosts did. 🤩🤩 Our plane was cancelled and we arrived one day late. All this time we were communicating . The address and key instructions were sent in advance and clearly explained. The hosts were so kind to help with arranging a taxi at the last minute during our departure. Our apartment was small but well organized with all the new furniture and home appliances. The building is renewed and equipped with an elevator. The bed and sofa are very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfectly surrounded by restaurants, shops and groceries within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and other must-to-see places in Madrid. Perfect place for a small familycouple. Our stay in Madrid was very short😆 but we definitely recommend this place to others and we will book it again for our next trip.
