Located centrally, close to many of the amenities Whitby has to offer including the ever-popular West Cliff area and the beach being only a very short walk away is this self-contained one-bedroomed apartment, Benedictine Suite, Flat 9. Located on the second floor of this prominent apartment block, Benedictine Suite, Flat 9 is a well maintained and modern space.
The Space:
The open plan lounge/kitchen is generously proportioned with laminate flooring throughout. The view of the roof tops and Abbey from the lounge are a real bonus!
The compact kitchen offers plenty of cupboard and countertop space with integrated electric oven and hob, plus a wine chiller and USB sockets.
The double bedroom offers the same lovely view and is also ensuite. USB socket points are available for convenience.
Contemporary in style the ensuite features modern grey tiling, heated towel rail, shower, wash basin and WC. There is also an electric shaver socket in the bathroom.
