Wonderful Lake District retreat!
Absolutely beautiful accommodation with a modern interior and a very homely feel. The perfect home away from home, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Situated in a gorgeous rural area, the property has stunning river views to the rear (the master bedroom balcony is the perfect breakfast spot). Perfect location for exploring the Lake District with Windermere only 20 minutes away. Wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. We have already booked our next trip as we cannot wait to return!
No criticisms at all, but do feel the master bedroom could benefit from having a TV (this is of course personal preference but we do like to watch tv in bed). Also would have really liked a late checkout but understood this was not possible in this occasion.

TV in the master bedroom is a good idea, we will try and make that happen.
Regarding late check out, I would advise requesting that before your stay so we can give the cleaning company notice. We are sorry we were unable to accommodate your request this time.
