Old coastguard's station, cosy, romantic, cute ,victorian house.EV,Parking,Pet.
The old coastguard station, is a victorian detached property that has been sympathetically modernised to keep as many of the original features as possible.
It's an upside down, romantic home, with the former watch room-now a kitchen has large French windows, opening up to the views, to the far sea and Holkham marsh in the distance. A lovely place to sit having breakfast, and see the tide come over bob hall sands.
Take a ten minute stroll out to the town or harbour. It has a convenient dog walking space 50 m from the door and it's just a 4 min drive/25 min walk to the sandy beach and pinewoods.
It has large private parking area space for two cars and an EV charger onsite, all to yourself.
