The larger one, on the second floor, boasts a spacious living room, a large dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms (two triple and one double), a delightful small balcony with a view of the city and two shower bathrooms. The smaller apartment is a bright attic on the third floor, which includes a living room with dining area and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a room with a double sofa bed and a shower bathroom. The designer furnishings, splendid beams and "Venetian terrazzo" flooring further enrich these elegant spaces. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Our family of 10 rented the property for our three night stay in Venice and couldn’t be more happy. The location allows flexibility to catch a water taxi to visit the rest of the city or simply shop and dine at nearby hotspots. The property itself was spacious and allowed for just enough privacy when you needed a reprieve from being out all day. I would highly recommend staying here to any medium sized groups looking to use as a launching point when visiting Venice
