There are just a few steps up to the front door. It is a two minute walk down the hill to the Sea and only another minute into central Mousehole Harbour, there is a sandy beach at the far end of the harbour. The award winning Old Coatguard hotel and restaurant is located just 50m away at the bottom of the hill. There are not many properties available in Mousehole that are so easily accessible (avoiding the extremely narrow road through the village)
