The Tuscolano neighbourhood is located in the southeast of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls. This area sees the presence of many different architectural styles. The Tuscolano is also renowned for the famous Cinecittà film studios (with only 8 stops on the metro A , you reach Cinecittà Studios ), the most important production centre of the Italian film industry. Bright, spacious 1‑bed flat (65 m²) in Tuscolano — 850 m to Furio Camillo, quiet balcony, elevator.
The historic centre is only a few stops away. The apartment (2nd floor with elevator) sits in a condominium with a garden and concierge and features vintage 1970s furnishings. Layout: large entrance hall, roomy living room with balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard, separate kitchen, corridor leading to one bedroom and a bathroom. Generous room sizes and peaceful views make this a comfortable base for exploring Rome. Parking available on request.

The living room has a sofa bed, a television corner and a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. There is air conditioning system in the living room.

The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The room has an air-conditioning system. From the bedroom you access the balcony.

The kitchen is complete with a refridgerator, stove, oven, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for six people. The kitchen has a comfortable table with four chairs, and there is a door to the balcony .

The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a bathtub with hand shower. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
