There are two bedrooms, one with a 4ft 6 double bed and one with a 4ft double bed, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard garden with furniture, off-road parking for 3 cars, and additional unrestricted roadside parking. Please avoid parking on the narrow road outside. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub. Please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Barnstaple lies at the end of the magnificent Tarka line railway journey, which takes you through the spectacular North Devon countryside of wooded river valleys, rugged moorland and a stretch of coastline, plus close by is the picture postcard coastal village of Clovelly.
