Step into the inviting living room, a bright and spacious area featuring two cozy sofas, a TV with Sky, and a DVD player - ideal for relaxing and spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy around the dining table. A handy downstairs bathroom completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. Start your day with beautiful countryside views from the private balcony, complete with a table and chairs - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Outside, the property offers off-road parking for one car and a small seating area at the front.
You'll be in the heart of 'Tarka country,' filled with outdoor activities and scenic beauty. Enjoy leisurely walks along the River Taw, starting right from your doorstep through the forest trails.
