About this property
The Best Location in Bourton-Parking-BBQ-Garden
Tucked away in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, Inglenook Cottage is the best location in the village for exploring — just a short stroll from the river, cafés, pubs, shops, and all the main attractions. Plus, you get private, secure off-street parking included (a huge bonus in Bourton), so you can arrive stress-free, park up, and enjoy everything on foot — especially in spring and summer when the village is at its best.
Inside, the cottage has a calm, stylish modern-country feel with plenty of space to unwind after a day out. The lounge is bright and welcoming with a comfy sofa, Smart TV for easy evenings in, and the sofa also opens into a comfortable double bed for extra guests.
Downstairs flows into a relaxed dining room and garden room — perfect for slow breakfasts, board games, or an afternoon read with the doors open and the sunshine drifting in.
The kitchen is fully equipped for summer cooking and picnics, with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a one-touch coffee machine for iced lattes or a morning cappuccino before heading out.
Upstairs, you’ll find two king-size bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, plus a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and fluffy towels. There’s also a handy downstairs toilet.
Step outside to your private, enclosed courtyard garden — not overlooked and ideal for sunny coffees, evening drinks, or firing up the BBQ after a day by the river. There’s also a chiminea for those cooler summer nights.
We’ve thought of the details so you can simply relax:
Fresh Towels included
Premium toiletries included
Wi-Fi
Travel cot & highchair available
Hairdryer & fan for extra comfort
Complimentary dental kits
A luggage tag gift for each guest
Whether you’re here for riverside strolls, village hopping, family adventures or a romantic escape, Inglenook Cottage is a perfect base for warm-weather Cotswolds days and easy evenings.
