: The double bed When I unfolded the sofa bed, breadcrumbs and bits of food fell out. If the booking is for four people, the least they could do is check the sofa bed. Normally, with an Italian-style fold-out sofa, the bed should be made up. The sofa mattress was in poor condition...

The apartment was dirty. I found mold on the dishes, crumbs on the floor, mold in the shower and no mattress pad cover. Just a thin sheet between you and the mattress. The towel rack was broken, the water only came out lukewarm. The front door deadbolt did not work so anyone with the code could enter the apartment. I reported every concern multiple times and was met with apologies but no actual solutions. They did send out fresh towels and sheets mid way through our one week stay. There is also not much in the way of cooking supplies. One pan and one pot. The microwave is an old fashioned one with a turn dial, you cannot program the time. The TV is a smart tv, but there is nothing available to watch unless you are able to sign into your own accounts. I will say on a positive note, it’s very quiet at night.

Dear Julie, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry for the challenges faced during your stay. It's concerning to hear about the cleanliness issues and maintenance problems, such as the mold, broken towel rack, and deadbolt issue. Rest assured, these are being addressed with urgency as they are crucial for guest safety and comfort. We appreciate the patience and kind words regarding the quiet environment and prompt delivery of fresh towels and sheets. We also acknowledge the inconvenience related to the cooking supplies and the old-fashioned microwave. Providing a comprehensive and enjoyable experience is our goal, and enhancements are being made based on your insights. We hope to have the chance to offer you a better stay in the future. Thank you for taking the time to help us improve. Best regards, GuestReady Team
