The apartment was dirty. I found mold on the dishes, crumbs on the floor, mold in the shower and no mattress pad cover. Just a thin sheet between you and the mattress. The towel rack was broken, the water only came out lukewarm. The front door deadbolt did not work so anyone with the code could enter the apartment. I reported every concern multiple times and was met with apologies but no actual solutions. They did send out fresh towels and sheets mid way through our one week stay. There is also not much in the way of cooking supplies. One pan and one pot. The microwave is an old fashioned one with a turn dial, you cannot program the time. The TV is a smart tv, but there is nothing available to watch unless you are able to sign into your own accounts. I will say on a positive note, it’s very quiet at night.
