Master bedroom has a king bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirrors.
Second bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers.
One of the sofa's is a double sofa bed in the living room.
Bathroom has a bath and over bath shower.
Open plan kitchen, living and dining area - boiling water tap, microwave, hob, double cooker, washer/dryer, fridge freezer.
Dining table tucked under the stairs for you to pull out as required.
2 sofas - one of which is a sofa bed.

The Salix Cottages are a new addition to the Willow Caravan Park Family. They were converted in 2023 by the site owner, and have become a very popular destination for short breaks to York and teh wider area.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is perfect for all being together while preparing a meal or opening a well earned takeaway!
An enclosed garden is perfect for children or four legged friends, and the good sized bedrooms give a nice area away from the buzz if required.
Each cottage has a kingsize main room, and a smaller double, with a family bathroom. Salix 3 has a double sofabed in the living room and Cottage 4 has a single sofabed in the living room.
There is a lovley dogwalk through the woods or into the village at the far end of the Caravan Park, or a bus that stops at the end of teh drive for hassle free travel into York city centre.
