Glebe Garth, a detached holiday home over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, and washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. Four bedrooms: First floor - 1 x super-king size, 1 x bunk beds with trundle
Second floor - 1 x king-size with TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x single bed and day bed with trundle and TV. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Glebe Garth. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 450GBP Please note: This property requires a 5 night minimum stay between March - October.

Town: At the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight, Niton is a charming bustling rural village, offering an excellent selection of shops including a convenience store, pharmacy and a Post Office as well as two pubs, both serving good food and ales. Just a mile away is Blackgang Chine, 40 acres of lovely clifftop gardens, featuring numerous attractions, live shows, and rides for all ages. There are superb walks and scenic views to be had along the nearby coastal path, which stretches for 60 miles around the Island. Travelling 4 miles takes you to the delightful Victorian resort of Ventnor, well known for its mild climate and sandy beaches.

The property is very cute, beds comfy and bedrooms light. The garden is also pretty. Good cooking equipment, but can only use toaster OR jug at one time. Instructions on how to find the house would help - luckily we met a helpful neighbour. Living room smells overwhelmingly of the burnt wood stored there. We were excited about the hot tub, one of tbe key reasons we booked, but it was only 16c when we checked in and it heats at 1 to 2c an hour - so not much good for first day. It then malfunctioned. There is no manual, and our messages to owner remained unanswered. Needs a coffee brewing solution.
