The interior of the property was great but the exterior of the property does not comply with safety standards. - No working exterior lighting -Dangerous and unstable pathways -Inadequate fencing -Broken glass left on deck and in garden -Exposed and broken plumbing pipes and shards of metal -Insufficient locks on the property -Filthy and rusty BBQ (unusable) -Not a child or pet friendly property (dangerous & lack of fencing). Also the there is no off street parking and the street the property is located in only has a 2 hour parking limit.
