Very comfortable property. The only and main problem was lack of nearby parking.

The garage was too small for either car both medium sized hatchbacks and in any event not useable as it was usually blocked by other cars parking across the entrance

First time in Penzance

Great location, worked perfectly for our family of 5 seniors, well equipped, lovely arrival package. Our only complaint was the difficulty in accessing the lockbox. Location was poor and difficult to read. Three notes to the property manager: dryer did not dry clothes, toilet seat in lower bathroom was broken, electrical switch in upper bathroom was difficult to operate.

Tired dirty - unkempt garden - filthy under furniture - very noisy gulls not your fault but after rain walking down path to road you get soaked. Oven broke and no fix so no cooking, love a piece of furniture and it’s filthy underneath
