The location is incredible with excellent 180 degrees view of the ocean and a lovely glass fronted balcony to fully enjoy the view. All areas were absolutely clean & every room spacious/attractive. A large parking space almost immediately outside the front door & on the same level. WiFi, TV’s & supplied items including the kitchen fittings & white goods all worked well and were of good quality. Pra Sands is ideally located for much of what Cornwall has to offer and has its own excellent beach & is on the coastal path for super walks. There was one slight glitch as we didn’t receive access instructions even though I requested them through both providers (Sykes & VRBO) & would have used the emergency phone line on arrival, but for the assistance of a permanent neighbour who was very helpful and had the required information. We will certainly consider staying here again as the place, location and quality ensured every part of our stay was truly enjoyable.
