Relax in the spacious, light-filled lounge and, if you feel like picking out a tune there’s a fabulous piano for you to enjoy, or you can snuggle up in the soft seating and enjoy a good book or a show on the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a useful shower room. The two spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor and are decorated in a charming, traditional style, both rooms also boast en-suite bathrooms. Head back out of the front door to reach your enclosed garden, furnished with a sturdy dining set for whenever you feel like enjoying a sundowner or an al fresco supper. You’ll have private parking here for three cars.
The cottage is 0.5 miles from the village of Llangorse, where there are two friendly pubs and a shop. Llangorse Lake offers boat hire as well as kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding, while at the Llangorse Multi-Activity Centre, you can try horse riding, archery, climbing and more. For a spot of shopping, Hay-on-Wye, Crickhowell and Brecon are all within 11 miles.
