A perfect destination for families or groups of friends, the house has 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and is distributed on a single floor, being completely ground level.



On the exterior, the property offers excellent leisure spaces:

•Main swimming pool of 6 x 12 metres

•Round children's pool

•Covered barbecue area, with fixed table and direct view of the pool, ideal for long gatherings

•Outdoor table tennis table

•Spacious lawn and mature garden, perfect for children to play and for moments of relaxation outdoors



The interior of the house is spacious and functional:

•A very spacious living room, with a fireplace, ideal for cooler days

•An elevated space in the living room, equipped with a special table for games such as bridge or canasta

•A large and fully equipped kitchen, with two refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven and microwave

• Master bedroom with double bed, direct access to the outside and private bathroom with shower.

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
