Trebah consists of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, a first-floor snug with children’s toys and games. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn and decking with furniture and non-enclosed communal lawn and children’s play area and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.5, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property includes an indoor barbecue, spacious gym, children’s playroom (pool and table tennis, small children’s area) and outdoor children’s play area, laundry room. Note: There are steps and a ramp up to the lodge, please take care. Note: No fireworks are allowed on site due to the fact this is working farm. This includes ALL fields over the river where the animals and horses are. Note: Please respect this and the animals we have on site. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 100 GBP
