This bright holiday home offers a private, home-from-home experience. With free parking outside the caravan and easy self check-in via a lockbox, your stay is hassle-free from the moment you arrive.



The Space:

Enjoy full access to this Premium lodge-style caravan at Carnoustie Drive Retreat—your own comfortable, self-contained coastal escape. With parking right beside the unit, easy self check-in via lockbox, and a peaceful setting, it’s ideal for a hassle-free stay.



Inside you’ll find a bright open-plan lounge with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and three well-presented bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) with quality linens. There’s a modern bathroom, additional WC, and a private ensuite to the master.



Step out onto the south-facing decking—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. With central heating and double glazing, it’s comfortable all year round.

To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and luxury experience, please take note of the following:



Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).



No Smoking Policy

All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.



Respect the Space – No Parties

Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.

Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.



Towels & Linen Care

We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.

Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.



Travel Cot

A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are always available via phone or the messaging app should you need any assistance or have any questions.
