The primary bedroom boasts stunning estuary views, an ensuite shower room and a super comfy super king size bed.
A second spacious bedroom also enjoys beautiful estuary views and a king size bed.
The third bedroom is ideal for teens or younger children, with flexible sleeping options to suit different group configurations. It has two sets of bespoke bunk beds.
There is also an additional bedroom space that's ideal for a young child up to 12 which is located at the bottom of the stairs to the main bedroom.
The home includes two bathrooms and a stylish cloakroom, all with modern fittings and spa-like touches.

The charming garden is perfect for alfresco dining and family fun. Enjoy the ample outdoor seating, and panoramic views, all just minutes from the coast.

There is off-road parking for one small / medium car right outside the house (maximum size of say a VW Golf). There is also usually on street parking available on Grenville Road or neighbouring roads or the long stay car park is a 10-15 mins walk.
