We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in South Tenerife (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience for your visit to Tenerife, both in the accommodation and in the various activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).
The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi, or bus.
A member of staff will be waiting for you at the apartment entrance at the agreed-upon time on the day of your arrival. They will show you the apartment and give you the keys. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM. Guests wishing to check in after this time will be required to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.
Accommodation:
Disconnect from your daily routine in this unique and wonderful accommodation in the Parque Santiago Residence, in the heart of Las Americas, just a few meters from Playa del Camison.
The accommodation is a semi-detached house with two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a closet, and a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, and another with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living room with two armchairs that convert to two single beds, a SMART TV, and a dining area for six. There is also a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, dishes, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, etc.). It's also worth noting that you have private access to the accommodation, which also features a terrace (for the exclusive use of guests) where you can enjoy al fresco dining. This terrace also has direct access to the pool area (the pools are shared by all residents of the residence). The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and free Wi-Fi.
Two of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the pool. The accommodation has a private entrance and a terrace. The complex has swimming pools. There is no parking as such, but free parking is available on the street or in various paid parking lots.
Neighborhood:
Close to all necessary amenities: shops, bars, restaurants, and pubs. Close to public transportation and a free direct line to Siam Park. Also close to Las Americas Beach and Las Vistas Beach. The complex is practically on the seafront. It's located in a beautiful area, on the most beautiful avenue for strolling and enjoying an unforgettable vacation.
