Villa Aurora is a beautiful modern holiday home located in a sought-after area of Jávea on the Costa Blanca, perfectly positioned between Jávea Beach and Moraira. This stylish villa offers comfort and space, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing Mediterranean getaway. The beaches of both Moraira and Jávea are just a 10-minute drive away, along with a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and coastal activities close by.



The villa is laid out entirely on one level and features induction air conditioning throughout the house for year-round comfort. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and open living area filled with natural light thanks to the many large windows. The living room is tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas and a TV, and flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for eight guests. This open space continues into the modern, open-plan kitchen, complete with a central island and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.



A hallway leads to the four well-appointed bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature double beds and each has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The remaining two bedrooms are fitted with two single beds and share a bathroom with a shower and sink, offering practical and comfortable accommodation for all guests.



Outside, Villa Aurora truly shines with its beautiful landscaped garden and large private swimming pool measuring 11 x 4.5 meters. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers for relaxing under the Spanish sun, as well as an outdoor shower. There is a pleasant outdoor dining area ideal for al fresco meals, complemented by a carbon barbecue for enjoyable evenings outdoors.



The villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout and private parking inside the gated property for two cars, along with ample free parking available on the street. 2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 22:00, are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

5: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
