Interior Description

Arvella Stay II features a covered furnished veranda with panoramic sea views over Bados Beach, perfect for outdoor dinners or relaxing moments. Inside you will find two double bedrooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The compact yet functional layout makes it ideal for relaxing stays in an authentic setting. To reach the house you need to go up a staircase; the entrance is shared with the ground-floor residence.

Destination Information

Arvella Stay II is located in a residential area made up of independent villas, perfect for a seaside holiday without giving up everyday comforts. The beach is right in front of the residence. The nearest supermarket is on the main road of the neighborhood just 4 minutes away; at the same distance you will also find the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacco shop and pharmacy. The closest bus stop is only 750 meters away (bus line 4, stop Lo Squalo).

Within 2 km, mainly along the seafront, you will find several restaurants serving fresh local seafood: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados (right on the beach), and Ristorante Lo Squalo. Don’t miss the beautiful beaches along the coast from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, the stunning Cala Moresca (with trekking paths starting from the beach), Cala Sabina and Marinella. Visit the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, with boat tours departing from the Porto San Paolo pier to discover the island of Tavolara, known as the smallest kingdom in the world.

Payments and security deposit

• Upon arrival a security deposit is required and will be blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).
• In case of damages or violation of house rules, we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit to cover the costs.

Tourist tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival according to local regulations.

Booking details

• Klodge properties are private residences managed as tourist rentals, in accordance with Italian Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Regione Sardegna.
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term holiday rentals.

Online check-in and contract

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and a selfie for each guest).
• Your data will be processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; we will provide an English courtesy copy.

Key collection

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste sorting

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.

• Pets (if allowed): €50.00 each
• Baby cot or high chair: €35.00 each

Arrival times

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00 (depending on availability and scheduled appointments).

Late check-in fees:

• 20:00 – 23:00 → €40 (upon request)
• 23:00 – 01:00 → €60 (upon request)
• After 01:00 → only with prior authorization
