THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN The property is arranged across two floors.
Ground Floor: Living Room – Cosy chairs, sofa, woodburning fire, TV and coffee table. Dining Room – Spacious dining table and chairs for 6 guests and a fire place. Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all essential cookware and utensils. Please note, The Aga is for decorative purposes only; please use the double ovens instead, not the Aga. Utility / WC – Washing machine, sink, storage, toilet and wash basin.
First Floor: Bedroom 1 – King size bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe storage. Ensuite – Bath and sink only. Bedroom 2 – King size bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 – Double bed with access from one side only, bedside lamp on one side, dressing table and storage space. Family Bathroom – Shower, WC, mirror, heated towel rail and wash basin.
Outside: Garden / Outdoor Space – Shared large outdoor area/garden ideal for enjoying morning coffee, al fresco dining or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Parking – On-street parking is available outside the property, with space for up to two cars. Additional unrestricted parking is also available along the main high street. Dogs – Two well behaved dogs welcome for an additional charge per pet per stay.
