The Space:

Gwybedog, a single-storey holiday cabin, consists of a kitchen with gas oven and hob, air fryer, microwave, and fridge with icebox, and a living/dining room with TV, an electric woodburning stove, and dining seating for two people. The bedroom is a double. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 4.1 miles and pub in 2.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn, a gravelled area, a pond, and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Property on owner's farm. The owner has free-ranging chickens/ducks and pets. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 300 GBP. Note: Welcome pack provided by the owner.Note: Double bed only accessible from one side. Note: No children under 10 - apart form babes in arms (no toddlers due to pond and yard/slopes.)

Lampeter is the smallest and oldest university town in Wales, and boasts a fine selection of small, locally-owned shops. It's also home to a museum, a Welsh quilt museum and has a wealth of unique tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, regular markets and a fine food festival. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and rivers, the area is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. The lovely market town of Llandovery and picturesque Aberaeron Harbour are both just short drives away and the nearby Dolaucothi Gold Mines are well worth a visit. The coastlines of Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire are also within a short drive offering spectacular sandy beaches, superb coastal walks and the opportunity to venture out on boat trips to spot some dolphins in their natural habitat. From ancient castles to modern theme parks, Lampeter is a great base to enjoy a holiday all year round.
